What types of information do we collect and how do we use it?
We collect information from you when you use the Application.

Third parties with whom some part of the information we collect via the Application may be shared include, but are not limited to the theatre or other venue owners and operators, and their agents, of the venue at which you use the Application, and/or business partners engaged by us in connection with facilitation of the services and/or transactions made available to you via the Application. Note that we do not share your email address withthese entities.
We also share aggregated and other non-personally-identifiable and anonymous information with third parties for marketing purposes. For example, we share aggregated and other non-personal/anonymous information with producers, venues, and marketers, who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and engage in online behavioral advertising (OBA), also known as interest-based marketing. Opting out using the NAI opt-out tool only applies to OBA by NAI member companies. The opt-out choices you select using the NAI opt-out tool are stored in opt-out cookies on your device. We may also use or share information collected via the Application in any manner and/or with any person or entity should we, in good faith, determine that such use or sharing will help us comply with applicable law, protect the security of our tangible or digital property (including but not limited to the Application) or the tangible or digital property of a third party, and/or in such other means and methods and with such other parties as is permitted by law and assistive to us in our provision of the Application.
What kinds of security measures do we take to safeguard your information?
To protect sensitive information, the Application uses Digital IDs from VeriSign, a leader in internet transaction security and SSL or “Secure Socket Layers”, an industry standard protocol, for completing online transactions. For example, when you submit personally identifiable information or other sensitive information when using the Application, that information is encrypted and secured to protect against unauthorized use or disclosure.
The Application is also part of the Shubert Ticketing eCommerce infrastructure, which is owned by The Shubert Organization, Inc. As such, it is maintained with a comprehensive set of technical and procedural security controls, consistent with those required by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”), intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the associated information and systems. How can you access, update, or correct your personal information?

Protection of Children
Personal information collected about children under age 13 is protected by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. It is our policy not to knowingly solicit or collect any personal information on the Application from children under the age of 13. If you are younger than 13 years old, please do not submit or share with us any personal information on the Application. In addition, please tell your parents you are using the Application and have your parents e-mail us at support@galapro.com so that we may delete any information we may have collected about you.
In addition, we may not collect or process information from a citizen of an EU member state under the age of 16 without such person’s parents’ consent. If you are a citizen of an EU member state under the age of 16, please do not submit or share with us any personal information on the Application. In addition, please tell your parents you are using the Application and have your parents e-mail us at support@galapro.com so that we may delete any information we may have collected about you.
Certain States’ Privacy Rights
Certain U.S. states, such as California, provides additional privacy-related and data-related rights pursuant to state law. If you believe that your use of the Application is subject to such laws and if you desire to avail yourself of any such right, you can email us at support@galapro.com or call us, toll-free, at 833-967-0685 (and your call will be directed towards the appropriate personnel). We will not discriminate or retaliate against you in any way for making any inquiry or request as described herein; however, please understand that certain features of the Application and its associated services will be unavailable to you if you choose not to permit us to collect, use, transfer, or disclose data about you, or if you ask us to delete data we have collected about you.
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield
The Shubert Organization, Inc. (Shubert), the operator of the Application, complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Shubert has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Shubert has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Shubert commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. EU and UK individuals and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF should first contact us at support@galapro.com.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Shubert commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your DPF Principles-related complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request/ for more information or to file a complaint. In certain cases, Shubert may remain liable under the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF if we transfer your personally identifiable information to third-party processors of that data who then process that data in a manner inconsistent with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. We will not, however, retain such liability if we can prove that we are not responsible for the act or omission in question that is inconsistent with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
In certain cases, our use of your personally identifiable information may be subject to investigation and enforcement under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission or another U.S. statutory body, and/or you may be able to invoke binding arbitration to assert your rights.
How will we notify you if we have made any changes to our Privacy Policy?
At the bottom of our Privacy Policy, we have posted the Effective Date of the Privacy Policy. If that date has changed since the last time you used the Application, it means we have made a change to the Privacy Policy.
